July 1, 20205 yr Despite my earlier post I have not completely thrown in the towel! That was written out of sheer frustration. I have now got to the stage that when I run the F1 e-commerce installer I consistently get an error message saying "make sure read only or open files are not in the target folder. Error code 0." Win 10 windows defender and anti virus programme are both turned off. Any advice would be greatly appreciated Edited July 1, 20205 yr by RXP
July 1, 20205 yr Hi, This most likely indicate there is a read-only folder in the path. The e-commerce installer creates C:\RealityXP folder and stores files in there. It might be this specific folder is read-only, or with different access rights? Please try to cross-check this and if you find nothing peculiar, then just manually delete the C:\RealityXP folder and try the e-commerce installer again.
