FSX being weird in window mode

Hey AVSIM,

So I need some help. My problem started maybe 4 or 5 months ago. Whenever I have FSX in window mode and I change views or an on screen green scrolling message appears, my FSX does this weird thing where basically bars move around the screen, and if the bar is over a SimObject, it makes that part of it disappear. The weirdest part though, is that it is better and worse with some planes. With payware add-on aircraft it is the worst, and it's the best with FSX default aircraft, but it still happens. But if I run FSX in full screen, the graphics are so bad I can't read what is on the MCDU. Any help would be appreciated.
