I also double checked, and am well above the minimum specifications for the software, as well as I am only using addons that were created for P3D v5, and that I know work for others in P3D v5.

Good Day, Over the past few months I have been mastering making freeware scenery for FSX. I have gotten to the point where I can make a scenery with correct taxiways, runways, gate assignments, and some static buildings and objects. As much as this is cool, I want to learn how to make scenery with custom objects, custom ground textures, etc., like most payware sceneries, so that people who don't want to pay for scenery everywhere they fly can still have a good looking sim.. Can someone point me in the direction of a tutorial for getting started with this?

I recently installed FSXWX for FSX:SE. It didn't appear to work, which was fine, so I uninstalled it as instructed. But now, when I go into the sim, the only type of cloud is a fair weather cloud. If I set the weather to thunderstorms, there is lightning and rain, but no strato clouds, just fair weather skies. I then tried replacing the FSXWX cloud textures with the original cloud textures that I had backed up, but to no avail. I then tried to repair the game through steam, but that did not fix the problem. Please help, as I have tons of addons and very much would not like to have to uninstall my game.

Hello, On some of my aircraft, the radomes are black. I have seen this on a couple of them, and I don't know what to do. Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Hey AVSIM, So I need some help. My problem started maybe 4 or 5 months ago. Whenever I have FSX in window mode and I change views or an on screen green scrolling message appears, my FSX does this weird thing where basically bars move around the screen, and if the bar is over a SimObject, it makes that part of it disappear. The weirdest part though, is that it is better and worse with some planes. With payware add-on aircraft it is the worst, and it's the best with FSX default aircraft, but it still happens. But if I run FSX in full screen, the graphics are so bad I can't read what is on the MCDU. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Vapor

Hey, So I have been playing FSX:SE for about 6 months now, and never had this problem. It started a week or so ago when I was messing with the controls, and decided not to change anything. When I exited out, the problem started. When I move my hat switch to look around, it is no very slow, robotic and blocky. I have tried this with 4 different planes, some add-on some not, and I have tried tons of different views as well. Please help.

Hey, So I know it's unrealistic, but I was trying to figure out a way for me to be able to own a warbird. I was wondering what type of license you need to fly something like that, since they have retractable gear and have more then 200 HP? I know this isn't a FS question, but I was just curious.

@SAX702 Thank you very much, yeah I don't need like massive mesh scenery, it's just the default airport is basically just a runway in a forest.
