Not exactly what you were asking for, but I had two aircraft in FSX that used exclusively millibars in the altimeters so I devised this.  I have it as a pdf file on my iPad and iPhone for when I fly those two aircraft.  Leave it to a former weatherman...  The whole table is there if you click the image.
