August 18, 20205 yr Has anyone been able to get MSFS configured with the TQ6+ (or any of the Virtual-Fly throttles) to properly deal with the reverse detent zone? The V-F website says that they have worked with MSFS for compatibility and that they are releasing new configuration software at launch, but there is nothing for MSFS in the Downloads location on the website (only P3D and X-Plane). I reached out to V-F directly but they don't seem to have a support site or forum that I can find? I am having to use my Thrustmaster HOTAS throttle right now, which is not going to work for multi-engine props with mixture and rpm. - Kevin Windows 11 / Ryzen 7 9800X3D / MSI RTX-4080 Super 16G Ventus 3X / Gigabyte B850 Aorus Elite WiFi 7 / Arctic Liquid Freezer III Pro / 64GB Lexar ARES Gen2 RGB DDR5 6000Mhz CL30 RAM / Dell Alienware AW3418DW WQHD 3440x1440 GSync / Samsung 970 EVO Plus M.2 2TB (OS) & 860 EVO 4TB SDD / WD Caviar Black 4TB HDD / EVGA Supernova 850 G5 PSU / Be Quiet Light Base 600 LX case / Virpil Warbird base with Constellation Alpha grip / MFG Crosswind rudder pedals / Virtual-Fly TQ6+ throttle quadrant / Winwing Orion HOTAS F-18 Throttle / Virpil TCS+ collective base with Hawk-60 grip / Saitek Trim Wheel / Saitek Radio and Switch Panels / Winwing Combat Ready Panel / Tobii 5
August 18, 20205 yr Unfortunately not yet, we either need VF to release an update or FSUIPC7 to customize throttle detente/zones properly. August 18, 20205 yr Author Just a follow up... I contacted Virtual-Fly through the "Contact Us" portal on their website, and got a very nice response from one of their engineers who sent me the Development version of their configuration software. He said they had not posted it yet as they were still testing with the Release version of MSFS, but in a quick test it seemed to work as expected and properly "masked off" the detent zone for the throttle when I tried it on the C152. I haven't tested yet with a turboprop or jet to see if the reverse zone activates the reverse thrust or beta range. - Kevin Windows 11 / Ryzen 7 9800X3D / MSI RTX-4080 Super 16G Ventus 3X / Gigabyte B850 Aorus Elite WiFi 7 / Arctic Liquid Freezer III Pro / 64GB Lexar ARES Gen2 RGB DDR5 6000Mhz CL30 RAM / Dell Alienware AW3418DW WQHD 3440x1440 GSync / Samsung 970 EVO Plus M.2 2TB (OS) & 860 EVO 4TB SDD / WD Caviar Black 4TB HDD / EVGA Supernova 850 G5 PSU / Be Quiet Light Base 600 LX case / Virpil Warbird base with Constellation Alpha grip / MFG Crosswind rudder pedals / Virtual-Fly TQ6+ throttle quadrant / Winwing Orion HOTAS F-18 Throttle / Virpil TCS+ collective base with Hawk-60 grip / Saitek Trim Wheel / Saitek Radio and Switch Panels / Winwing Combat Ready Panel / Tobii 5
