Much appreciate the feedback. I have my eye on this one, and it sounds like it’s getting there, but I’ll probably wait at least until the new sound pack comes out. Too many other great aircraft eating up my time right now.

I’m finding that a lot of my aircraft have no or very muted sounds on flyby. This includes the Fenix A320, PMDG 737 and many others. Are other people seeing the same? I’m wondering if there’s an issue on my end or if camera tools like this are exposing aircraft sound packs that weren’t intended for use with a flyby camera?

Went for my first flight last night, things all seemed good, my biggest issues with the 2000 version look to have been fixed. Once in cruise after departing Southampton I was away from my computer for a few minutes and came back to find it crashed in a field in southern England, engines still running. I’m not sure what happened, but it was something bad!

I hope setting the airport elevation to “flat” is not the final fix for elevation issues. Flat airports would take me back to P3D.

I can’t believe a major store has managed to make the marketplace the more attractive option, but here we are. There’s no planet where I’m starting an app to run an airport scenery. Guaranteed I’ll forget until I’m on short final.

Interesting. It was certainly noticeable in the RealAir version, which I would guess given RealAir’s quality was prototypical.

Does the turbocharged version have a different sound pack with the turbo whistle like the RealAir version did?

Thanks, I don’t usually have a controller plugged in but maybe I’ll need to dust off my Xbox controller. Still it would be a nice feature to be able to set some of those distances etc as a new default. The other thing I forgot to mention ton last night is in the flyby view, if I bank the aircraft, the view would hold the aircraft steady and rotate/bank the world. Is there a way to do the opposite to make it more like real life?

Wow that’s pretty cool, nice to have the option when flying in real time. I could see this being particularly useful at GA / business jet oriented airports as well.

Great app, it's very nice to have fly by views back again after all these years. A few thoughts: It would be nice to be able to move the fly by camera closer to the aircraft going by. For smaller aircraft it's pretty far away. Similarly with flyby camera it would be nice to be able to set the camera up further ahead of the aircraft to give it more time to fly toward you, or are we supposed to do that on the map? Not a comment on the program itself, but I noticed the Blacksquare Duke had no flyby sounds...

In the AI bot’s defence, it did correctly assess and provide a solution to the issue I posted much faster than a human would have. An interesting concept for sure.

That would be unfortunate. Spoilers really should be something doable with default controls.

This sounds interesting. I’m not interested in letting chaseplane take over all of my cameras, so this could be a good way to get flyby and tower views.

The C-17 is good, but that’s the only default aircraft I use anymore. Most of the others I was interested in (A330, Saab 340) are quite disappointing, still full of issue, and I never fly them.
