Windows User Account workaround?

Featured Replies

Hi. I'm looking for some advice.

I have an Xbox account and a windows account. I purchased MSFS2020 using the wrong one. I can play the standard game on the account I want to play it on, but it won't let me play the deluxe version on that account. (Even though it's downloaded).

Is there a way for me to remedy this that you know of, or do I have to refund my purchase and then re-purchase with the right account?

Thanks!

Take-offs are optional, landings are mandatory.
The only time you have too much fuel is when you're on fire.
To make a small fortune in aviation you must start with a large fortune.

There's nothing less important than the runway behind you and the altitude above you.
It's better to be on the ground wishing you were in the air, than in the air wishing you were on the ground.

Refund and repurchase would be the correct way to go about it.
