Hi,
Third time i install the sim today. I buy via Microsoft Store.
I have Windows 10 2004 version updated, i have GPU updated, i run in admin mode, i turn off firewall, etc etc.

After 95gb install, i click on "Continue", and the screens goes black, and "no response".

I close the sim, restart pc or restart the sim, launch on admin mode and the image appear, but the blue bar block on that point. 

I try all solutions i saw on internet, all day, but the problem continues.

What to do now? Request a refund? Wait?

And can't understand this....

the blue bar before downloading: wait, wait long

at the blue bar I think it is trying to contact the (probably stressed) update servers for the launcher

for me I waited 1 and a half hour yesterday night, then it worked

 

the black screen after downloading? I dont know

I have blue bar before and after installation.

Befor install, the blue bar its ok. But after, the blue bar block in the same point...

Did you see the configuration screen before the black screen?

I had the exact same issue.

 

Black screen is because game is not installed even though it says "PLAY" icon in MS Store.

 

I had to try several times and wait awhile before game would load and the install of about 95 gigs began.

 

I'm guessing stressed servers for the slow or no response!
