Basic sim questions

Sorry if one of the questions is already covered somewhere else. I actually did use the search function but could not find answers.

1. Can one change the Aircraft mid flight?

2. Is there an option to move the camera just forward in the cockpit view (not forward AND up, what ALT + fwd does).

3. Can one disable the automatic parking brake. I have to press ctrl + , every time the aircraft comes to a stop to move again (seems to constantly turn itself on)

1. only in debug mode.

2. no.

3. I have not found a way yet, I hope someone does and post it.

Yes...set the camera to a game pad and use the thumb stick axis’ for Camera up down, roll, yaw, forward backwards etc. works extremely well once you get your sensitivities right.

2. I remapped it so when use that key combo I go forward and not up.

thank you, didn't know that. I usually don't use my gamepad in flightsims but this might change it. Do you know if there is a way to do with a key?

uh? Never noticed this happening. Might be an "Assistance" setting?

Go into your control setting for your keyboard. Click on the 'control input' search block. Hit CTRL+up arrow, it will pop up all the commands associated with that. Then you can remove the command you don't want or remap.
