We need a proper built-in FPS limit option

Featured Replies

Surprised this isn't being discussed more - the 60/30/20 FPS limit option that's visible in the MFS graphics settings isn't really limiting FPS to those specific numbers, it's just forcing Vsync/half vsync/third vsync. Thus, if you have a high refresh rate display like many of us do (I have a 165hz display) the "60 fps" option is not really 60fps but 165.

Please Asobo, just give us a simple slider with specific FPS limit. I don't like my GPU fan sounding like a mini vacuum cleaner because I can't cap GPU load like I want to.

Yes I'm aware of tools like Nvidia Profile Inspector to do this, but we should have an option right there in the menus.
