Vox ATC handovers problem

Featured Replies

I have used Vox ATC + UK without any problems for years, mainly flying VFR in light aircraft, but recently started getting Fatal Error problems.  I deleted the programme, downloaded Vox 6.5 and installed that.  The Fatal Errors seem to have stopped and everything works fine except that the sequence of ATC handoffs has changed.  Before it was GND - TWR - DEP - CTR - APPR - TWR - GND.  Now it is only GND - TWR - TWR - GND.  I tried a couple of IFR flights but the same thing happens - departure, approach and FIS were missing.  Can anyone help?  If so, try to keep it simple please.  At 75 my brain is not as agile as it was and I am no computer expert.

dave

can one assume same aircraft / route (plan) & no scenery (afcad) changes .....and during the (re)install of vox65 (in FSX),  the indexer ran ?

perhaps more detail of the flights is needed to help.

for now, cheers

Thanks for that, but managed to get things working correctly again.  I tried to fly the Vox VFR example flight to see if the same problem occurred with that and found it had not been installed in FSX.  That made me realise the version I had downloaded and installed did not include Enhanced UK, which I always fly.  Installing that from my original disc put the missing elements into the Level D and Navdata files.

bingo .... good to hear

at 75 you are on top !!! ..... just need to have enough fuel to land.

cheers from downunda

for now, cheers
