FSX "Bug" thread and solutions.

Featured Replies

I think that is a good idea except that what is reported by some is not experienced by others. So in order to promote this type of management, someone would have to be the goto to verify that this is indeed a bug which really could be a huge task. I do agree that there are some issues that are experienced by all users and are obvious in nature. Maybe when a bug is reported someone from the beta team could validate. It may have been one that was reported that never got fixed.:-violin RegardsBob

A fly is not a bug.

It's not a fly.. :-lol Ok........You caught me, you're right, NO bugs in FSX... False alarm..

Ant with wings is not a bug.

When you tip over on a skid fairly gently in the Bell 206, the rotors just thwack into the ground. No crash, but you can't use the cyclic to right it. Since you don't crash the flight will not reset and you are stuck. As soon as you enter slew mode the chopper will right itself. Then you can fly away- if the engine has shut down just restart it. Speaking of starting, I have found the start switch does not work.Anyone else care to duplicate this? FLYing? It's cool. Trillions of birds and insects can't be wrong.

Grounded in FSX!!! I installed FSX,activated and registered the product only to find out the Installation Program had not loaded all the files. The game CTD'd with an error 1603! So I re-install the #1 CD and click on repair. That's the last time I saw a working game!!! So I go to my Remove-Install program in XP, and click on Remove. That took 10 seconds, which really peaked my interest, and come to find out one of the files missing was the Remove Program. After eight re-attempts to re-install Microsoft Support tells me that they are working on the problem and will get back to me.I don't think I was abble to clean the registery of all the FSX files.
