Unable to verify a module

I have installed the FSX Recorder module but cannot tell FSX to run the module.When the security warning appears asking if you want to run the file the security 'box' is inactive.I cannot click on the 'run' box, the 'don't run' box or the link 'How can I decide what software to run?'The recorder has an entry in the dll.xml file and that entry appears correct.Previously I have installed FSCopilot and FSUIPC without a problem, I am logged onto the Win XP Pro PC with full admin rights and no security settings have changed since installing FSCopilot and FSUIPC.I have posted this problem in the developer's forum but wondered if anyone here has an answer?TIA
