August 31, 20205 yr I'm having the same issue. When you say you "Rebooted" FS2020, do you mean you restarted the program? I've tried exiting and restarting and still can't access or change the weather type. It is grayed out with real weather as the setting but it isn't reflecting real weather in the program.
