Keyboard help...

Featured Replies

New to FS 2020.  Super great graphics.  However I'm having a major problem with the game.  When I get ready to fly, the parking brake won't release.  A message comes up and says to release the parking brake, press Ctrl-Num-Del.  Doesn't work so I can't fly anything where the parking brake is set.

I have a new Cyberpower game computer that came with what appears to be a standard keyboard.  I'm using a Logitech Pro Yoke Flight control with Rudder pedals.  When using this system with x-plane11, tapping on the rudder pedals releases the parking brake.  I find it have to believe that MS wouldn't have their new FS operate the same for releasing the brakes.

So...is your question X-Plane oriented or MSFS oriented?  You posted in the X-Plane forum.

Just going to run a Chromebook and not upgrade to a Windows computer. Too many problems with the new Sims! 😱
Trying to keep peace and harmony and the will of Landru on the site seems to be a full time job!

In X-Plane you can press the "B" and you can toggle the brakes on / off

"B" stands for "brake".

it always been a basic action in the ecosystem of X-Plane without any problem.
