I'm not seeing contrails, other than in the topdown view. Am I out on a setting somewhere or is this a bug?

I see them in all views. They don't always appear--it depends on the weather conditions. You don't post your hardware or give much config information so it's hard to say if you are limited there.It could be that you need your "special effects" slider moved to the right to see this effect but I don't know. It could also be that "advanced animations" needs to be checked, but again, I do not know.I have also seen compression/condensation contrails, such as you would see coming off a jet fighters wings at low altitude. It was on the A321.
