mouse clicks becomes unresponsive sometimes mid flight

Featured Replies

Hi

Just got the same bug again where my mouse clicks dont work at all. I can click the UI menu but not any buttons or dials on the aircraft.

The mouse wheel is also unresponsive and right click. I can use the mouse on the menu and other programs at the same time but not on MSFS2020.

This is like the third time this happens mid flight. Sometimes it is triggered by going into the Showcase view and after that it just becomes unresponsive.

I have tried change the views, alt+enter, plugin mouse again, but nothin. only helps if I reset the sim.

Anyone else have had the same problem ?

I think if you open the VFR map or ATC window and resize it and drag it around, it could fix it. I've had it work a few times. Fortunately I haven't hit the issue too often.

I’ve also had this issue a few times. If I get it again I’ll try that fix an report back.

Just had this happen to me again, on a VFR flight flight from KSGJ -> KSRQ, just before landing. Luckily I was already mostly configured for landing so there wasn't too much impact. Not sure about you guys, but it gets super-frustrating because this stuff always seems to happen as you come in for approach. You spend all that time having a great flight, then it all starts falling apart with the finish-line in sight! A good landing is the culmination of your flight, and to have it ruined by these bugs makes it all feel like a waste of time.
