My CPU is always 100% while I am running P3D. I am thinking is it CPU issue.

A BSOD (Blue Screen of Death) could be caused by faulty RAM. Has this problem only occurred recently and have you changed any hardware?

Core0 will always run at 100% unless you’re over the ocean or very sparse scenery. Try a default aircraft and if the same happens you can rule out the PMDG777.

There is a program that will analyse a BSOD and give you more info.

I would also run a check of your RAM to ensure it has no faults.
