I fly with the SoloPanel (Cockpit) from Virtual Fly. with three monitors above the cockpit panel. I cannot find a way as there was in FSX or P3d with the W key pressing it for two times to have only full forward view. Is there any key ?

I don’t think there is. The traditional views system is not available in FS 2020. I believe the only option is to make a custom camera that simulates what you want (place it forward of the cockpit), and then recall it using the appropriate hotkey.
