If you were unable to unistall from the old PC you have 2 options:

  1. Open the MyLicense portal (this was emailed to you when your activated the product), de-activate from the old PC and then re-activate on the new PC.
  2. If you are unable to use the method above, just send me an email at [email protected] using the email you used for activation, this way I can de-activate the old PC and you can proceed to install on the new PC.
