September 6, 20205 yr Does anyone have issues slowing a lot of these aircraft down? Big culprits are the Citations. The Savage cub is fine...but aircraft in between those sizes appear to be difficult to slow (at least realistically). In a plane with constant speed prop, you would typically slow down at 1 inch of manifold per minute. That's challenging in the sim. And with the gear down I'd expect a lot more drag -but I'm not seeing that either. I also think it's difficult to use a forward slip, it's as if the cross controlled configuration doesn't affect drag at all. Has anyone experienced this? Or is there something wrong with my controls?
