Finally after 3 weeks of GA trying the A320. Coming from the Fslabs there are obviously differences but all I want at this point is advice how to set my controls as close as possible to the Fslabs. For GA I set sensitivity to the minimum. In the A320 its not working good. Anyone advice how to make the A320 flyable ? 

This is subjective from one person to another so it’s difficult to say what the right setting is for you.  I have my sensitivity around -50 and it feels about right using a warthog joystick.

One tip: remember you can create multiple profiles for your joystick/yoke controls, I have one set for GA and one for Airliners.  Difference being the sensitivity options in each profile.  I just make sure I switch to the right profile depending on what aircraft I intend to fly.  The other bonus is once you have GA dialled in you can mess about with the other profile without cocking up the former.
