FSW C441 Seatbelt and No Smoking Chimes Update

If you find the Seatbelt and No Smoking switch chimes are not working in your C441 an update fix for this is here: https://flysimware.com/website2019/cessna-441-conquest-ii/

The download contains two new files -- a cab file and a sound file. Use them to overwrite the existing files with the same names.
