Does anyone else think that the shine effect off the concrete in a rainstorm is a bit too shiny sometimes?

Yes, but then again I live near Manchester Airport (Manchester being the rainy city), so I can assure you that sometimes it really does look like that too.And before anyone corrects me, yes I do know that Manchester got the 'rainy city' tag from much of the raincoat industry production being based there many years ago, and not from the climate. But it still rains a lot there :-)Not as much as Staffordshire though, it's like living in Blade Runner there :-)
