Way point Issues:
I set a way point as an arrival.
It shows the purple (or white) indicating as set.
once in flight mode the GPS lines are not there anymore. ????

Also, How do you set custom way points in between the routes once departure and arrivals are set?

Yes, also if you create a flight plan to a custom point, or a monument, when the flight loads it's all gone!

Hmm, I know if you click on a point on the map and choose "add" it will be added to the flight plan.  I've never had them disappear after, i'll have to see if that happens.
