September 24, 20205 yr Try X-Box support https://support.xbox.com/ they handle MS Billing for the Xbox store and that may be where you issue lies as it sounds like its not launching the proper purchasing hooks. Just another thought all you Xbox services are running right? You aren't selectively killing services?
