Why do Microsoft force us to download the entire installation on the fly everytime? Reinstalling is a pain in the word not allowed (but everyone knows the word). Wouldn't it be better to just download the original setup ONCE and then download patches/updates when available?

If the download speed was consistent, I wouldn't mind but in order to get proper download speed I have to exit and restart the installer like 4 or 5 times. Otherwise it is stuck around 4-5 Mbits.

Is there a logic behind this?
