Missing boats on lakes and rivers and cranes

There are some ships in ocean waters but I've never seen any boats in lakes or rivers (slider for boats at 100%). Would increase immersion Iin my view.

Hope that comes together with ther cosmetical but non essential things (like power lines that were added recently )

Edit: cranes on construction sites would also be great (shoud be possible to be recognized by AI) as they are also important in aviation (obstacles)
