Internet connection speed and MSFS performance

I'm at about 24 mbps and nothing is so obviously hobbled as to make me give-up/not-purchase this sim. Frankly, I just don't think about it when I play. I'm sure many purists would ridicule my specs, but you know what? This ain't the real world, and at least in my lifetime it's never going to be. This is all just play. If you require extreme reality, take 300 bucks and go rent an hour with an instructor in a Cessna. You'll suddenly get it: Nothing called a sim is ever going to be like the real thing! All that counts is whether or not the whole shebang is sufficient enough to make you suspend disbelief and enjoy yourself. Even if it's far from perfect, there's enough in a piece software this complicated to keep you entangled for many, many hours - even if some of that time is just involved in getting the danged thing to work. We're all just passing time while we wait for the big hammer. Buy it. Enjoy it. Try to keep your expectations under control or you SURELY will be disappointed.
