FSXcenery Airports

Featured Replies

Has anyone had any experience with airports from FSXcenery for MSFS?

I ask for a couple of reasons really. One is that there are a couple of locations that interest me so i'm wondering about the overall quality as there are questionmarks from looking at the images. Secondly as I have created an MSFS directory to log all payware airport releases, it's making me notice these guys are releasing loads of these addons on simMarket and such prolific output normally doesn't correlate well with quality. Given there are also virtually no Youtube videos covering any of the airports they have released, it also means i'm struggling to add reviews to the directory for the products and this suggests nobody is buying them because they aren't very good!

Any thoughts on the quality?

To me, they look like direct ports of FSX scenery. Not dreadful, but well below the quality of what you can get for a similar price these days. I might one day get one if there are a number of flights I particularly want to recreate from an airport they offer but I certainly wouldn't rush at any of them, judging by the screenshots.
