All the other analog axis on the throttle quadrant behave normally, except for the flaps. The white sliding bar that reads -100 to +100 for flaps) moves from one end to the other with no in between linear travel. Consequently, I go from no flaps to full flaps on the slightest lever travel. Any light on how to make the analog axis operate the flaps linearily --just like the throttles---would be great. thanks.

Sounds like your flaps have been mapped to flaps up and flap down rather than an actual axis in the control settings.
