Apron lighting

Featured Replies

Hi there!

There's probably a lot of topics regarding this but can't find a straight answer...
Why is it pitch black on default airport aprons during nighttime? Kinda ruins the immersion and can't seem to find Asobo having this in their "fix" list..?

Anyone know of a mod or temp fix for this? I know every airport is different but hey.. worth a shot asking 😃

Im with you ghost towns pretty sad to see this in such a great sim my biggest gripe

Pitch black on default airport aprons - taxi ways - no light poles either - non hand crafted airport whish is pretty much all of them

Yeah, I get that too, some taxiways seems coated with Vantablack. Try UWA lightning fix mod (link below), available for several aircrafts. With better landing/taxi lights the problem is mitigated.
