All I can tell you is what you just learned - never verify MSFS 2020 in Steam. it will delete the files.

hello, like two week ago i verify the file 2 times and all was ok today delete all my files, but after 2 complete installation the problem its the same and its very strange i cant to nothing whit all aircraft, the trhottle not working (if i use the keyboard its the same)

Here is the only thing I can think of, when the program starts and the Main screen comes up (the screen where you can pick, General, Controls and I forget the other) down at bottom there is usually 1 or 2 small blocks at the very bottom. I think one is escape and the other one I usually see is "verify" or something similar - I think it is making sure you are actually signed into your account. Mine usually goes away in about 15 seconds. Next time you might look for that small block at the bottom of screen and see if it goes away. Once it does then go to your flight.

i'm just grabbing at straws here.
