So I randomly ended up flying through Germany up into Finland the last few weeks checking out the handcrafted airports as I went. I was flying over in Europe as I tend to fly late in the evening here in the US and I wanted daylight flights in live time of day/weather. Problem is the weather is getting pretty rough up there now. So I need suggestions on other places with some nice scenery etc to fly through. I typically run 45-90 minute legs in either the TBM or one of the jets if it’s a longer trip. 
 

Any suggestions?  I thought about Africa somewhere or Australia etc but would rather not just randomly start trying to pick places and hope. 

Oh come on now, if you only get a chance to fly late in the evenings and you prefer some daylight flights.... go ahead, nudge that slider back a few hours. No one's watching :). 

Have you tried Island hopping around Hawaii? how about the new Japan Update? Plenty of places in Japan to check out.

In terms of the Australian East Coast, Sydney is pretty ordinary  ...  however Wollongong, Newcastle and the Gold Coast/Surfer's Paradise areas are all 3d mapped cities.  The Gold Coast (South of Brisbane) is pretty spectacular looking in game.
