Anyways, a great series of videos from a dedicated student pilot and simmer, trying to use Plane Maker to build as close to the rw as possible a model of a SkyHawk.

Really worth watching, if you can. The video linked bellow is a summary of the various sessions on his channel on desgning and testing a C172 that could match real numbers the closest:
