October 11, 20205 yr It's usually caused by the acft being parked in a bad position (too far away or close, or at a bad angle) for the jetway to mate with the door. If you're using GSX, you can customize the parking position so that the acft is placed properly...just be aware that the P3D scenario UI will place the acft on the position defined in the ADE/AFCAD file rather than the GSX-defined position, so you need to use GSX to reposition the jet to that GSX-defined position after the scenario is running. Without GSX, it's a more tricky issue of editing the ADE file to put the parking spot in better alignment with the jetway (or vice versa if it's a default IK-type jetway).
