Importing FS9-supplied aircraft to FSX

Featured Replies

There are some lovely historic aircraft in FS9 (originals, not add-ons), and I'd like to fly them in FSX. Is there a way of importing them?

Yes....just copy them into the simobjectsairplanes folders. You may also have to copy gauges, effects and sounds to the respective folders. Everyone I have tried works fine. Additionally, if you plan to use any for AI aircraft, you may want to create an AI sound folder for them.
