Press and hold thumb button and then scroll mouse. Make sure you are not moving the mouse while doing this or it will register a different axis. Do the same for Zoom Cockpit view (but scroll the wheel in the opposite direction of course). Instead of the mouse thumb button like espent did, I set mine up for middle mouse wheel button: 11 hours ago, Phantoms said: This is what my mouse wheel zoom looks like. It takes a little effort to hold the wheel down and zoom, but that makes sure that zooming is what you want to do. I find it easiest to set up by lifting the mouse up off the desk while the pointer is in the scan window. Then left click it to select the scan window. Press down the mouse wheel button and while pressing down scroll in the direction you want. Then let go of everything and hit the left mouse button again to be able to validate the setting. Now the mouse wheel by itself can control the knobs. The mouse wheel when it's pushed down and rotated can control the zoom. With these tips you can change you mouse scroll wheel zoom to fit your needs so that using the scroll wheel to adjust knobs in the cockpit no longer also zooms, all while still having all your camera controls (including zoom) on the mouse.
