It also says on the box that it will run on a system with 512 Megs RAM, a 1.0Ghz processor and a 32Meg video card. If you beleive that I have some investment property down in Florida for sale. :D

Either a placebo affect or a newly formatted system after installing Vista is what gave them those gains. No one has posted any solid evidence of improvement, so I tend to stay away from the hype.
