October 30, 20205 yr I'm running X-Plane v11.50 on Windows 10. Reality XP GNS 530/430W Plugin was installed and worked flawlessly. I had not updated the plugin since I installed it in Feb 2018 and decided it might be a good idea to update before I try installing and configuring my new RealSimGear GNS 430 device which adds a new dimension to reality. Big mistake. Now when I load X-Plane I get the error, "RXP Invalid License Contact Vendor." I've googled and searched this forum and others and have found zilch on how to fix this. Sad that Reality XP does not provide any customer support beyond re-directing them to spend hours searching through a forum for possible answers to what is probably a very simple solution. If anyone else has run into this I'd really appreciate it if you can point me in the right direction to a fix.
October 30, 20205 yr Hi, Let me try to help you with this. The support forum is the best place usually because like you've said, you can search for similar issues and how to solve them. To this effect it is like a giant knowledge base you can get answers. Please note: if the forum search feature is not working adequately, you can always use most search engines easily for example: 1) open your browser and open this website:https://www.qwant.com 2) in the search field, type the following: site:avsim.com Reality XP invalid license 3) hit enter to proceed and get search results for the avsim.com site for these keywords. Here is the equivalent direct URL for all of the steps above:https://www.qwant.com/?q=site%3Aavsim.com+Reality+XP+invalid+license Also, at the top of the Reality XP website main page there is a link direct to our FAQ page where you can find an entry named: "How do I reinstall my software" Otherwise you might just want to: Download and run the latest e-commerce installer from our website, enter your F1 account credentials and hit the REINSTALL button.
