Error message but only caught the end

It’s the first time I have been running the 747 QoTS 2 -400 version in awhile and upon loading the program I wasn’t wearing my headset and it said something to the tone of something wrong please contact support forum. I ran the diagnostics and everything came back ok. 
 

I might not be running the latest version, could that be it?

Pls ensure you are running the latest version.  We would need to see a screen shot of that message.

It does appear to be resolved now that I updated to the newest version. If I hear it again I will post it.
