MSFS Controls

Featured Replies

New to msfs. When setting up the CH yoke, peddles, throttles etc the control setup works perfectly and is smooth. When I go into an aircraft I notice the rudder, aileron and elevator at full left is following the CH controls, however at full right the visual controls flicker. At central they are ok.

I notice when on the exterior view (end) when full left rudder is applied it flickers and centralizes its self. So does the full left aileron when full left rudder is applied. I have done everything I can think of all with then same results. I tried other aircraft in the sim and they all do the same thing. As a last resort I went over to P3d and the controls worked perfectly.

Any thoughts

Sounds like to me you have duplicate axis assigned. Go through every peripheral you have and delete any duplicate assignments. This can happen when the simulator recognizes a peripheral and automatically assigns an axis to it.

Is it done yet? When will it be released? Will it be freeware or payware? How much will it cost? Any updates on the progress? Will it work for Xbox? Can I be a beta tester? How's the performance in VR?

Disconnected all the CH controls and only put in a top gun joystick. there is no other input to the pc. Setup the joy stick in the control set up which works in all planes correctly. Rechecked the sensitivities . The cross bars work smoothly. Went into MSFS, all controls went in correct directions but with slight jitteriness however full left rudder jumps back to centre. In joy stick calibration of PC and all axis worked perfectly.

I have now removed all of my analogue inputs and used only the keyboard. 4 and 6 do move the ailerons left and right on each push but progressively until fully left or right. Same with elevator using 8 and 2. Neither returns the other to the centre. However 0 and enter smoothly moves the rudder and returns to zero when released, it also returns the elevator aileron to the centre. The rudder has an effect on both the aileron and elevator.

I am sorry if my explanation is not explained correctly but I do not know how else to do it.

Plug everything back in. And within the Options//Controls menu go through every one of your plugged in peripherals and delete any duplicate assignments. For example, your joystick may also be automatically assigning a rudder axis. Most of the time when you see twitchy movements, you have a function assigned to more than one button/axis.

Hello firstly. I have the same problem to msfs20. I have a ch yoke and i have the flicker problem with ch yoke at the msfs 20. I have try with logitech extreme 3d but it flawlessly works. This problem exists only on ch yoke with msfs20. If you fixed that problem, please share with us.
