tropicalsim scenery question - default textures?

Hello all and Happy Thanksgiving to the folks in the US

I am hoping to purchase some tropicalsim scenery and based on the photos/videos I've seen it looks like default taxiway signs and runway textures are used.  Can anyone confirm that?  If that is the case I may pick up ENVTEX as well to improve the default textures.
