How do we find the ILS frequency?

I generally depend on paper charts, but when flying to airports that I have no charts ready for, I find myself stopping the sim (I hate it, of course) and using the Map function. The GPS can give me the frequency, but as far as I can tell, it cannot give me the course.Or am I missing something?
