I just watched a few of these clear and concise tutorial videos on MSFS.

I'm not instrument rated but I've done a ton of practice approaches and or with other rated pilots.  

You don't need to spend an hour learning to fly an ILS approach.  This guy's videos are nice and short.

I highly recommend these even for a "experienced" sim pilot as a refresher.
