I have been using Ortho4XP for a while now, and while it's great and free I am looking at how I can improve the coastline blending, as quite often I find that the default coastline seems to come through the Ortho scenery. 

Please see screenshots attached. - The area is Isle of Man, tile +54-005 using Google Maps (GO2) Zoom Level 14

These are my settings:

That looks like a bad coastline defintion such that areas with no ortho are ending up above sealevel rather than below it.

maybe try changing the masks setting.
