November 22, 200619 yr With all the negative comments about companies here, I thought it would be good to also mention a positive experience and invite others to do the same. I purchased a TrackIR 4.0 from Natural Point this week and had some setup issues with it. I called Tech support which was outstanding and resolved my problem immediately. I had another issue and left them an email and got an answer back within 5 minutes, again, they were very informed and polite. I wish other companies would have the same kind of great customer service. For me the product is just part of a buying decision, very important is also the customer service associated with it.

It's hands down the best device I've ever bought for flight sims, particularly combat flight sims if you fly them.
