It has your order numbers and certificate numbers. Then you will likely need to go to the Activation page there at F1 and use your email address and order number to reactivate the product. If you need a fresh download I recommend you go to the Reality XP page and download from there as if you were first purchasing. Using an update instead of the full ecommerce installer will likely not work. Does not mean you are purchasing again. Just means you will have to activate it as described above, and select reinstall when the verification box appears.
