November 23, 200619 yr Hi Guys,Long time out of business for personal reason and happy to be back here today :-)I am sorry if some of you are having so much trouble with FSX.I had also a very disappointing first experience with the new sim, bad fps, blurries, etc.. but after pushing my machine a good notch forward (o/c 30%)my boosted PC gives me now good results as you can see on the pics: 53 fps on the ground, bush scenery though and clear weather but that's much enough. at Seattle on the gate I can obtain a honnest 15 fps which is (almost!) enough, with 80% graphic and scenery sliders pointing eastbound :-).no magic formula because every rig is different.just an advise if you have a powerful machine: learn on forums how to get the best of it, make small changes, be prudent and patient, don't forget that o/c is not an exact science but I attest that it can really help enjoying FSX.here are FSX settings with the beautiful Goose smiling under the sun.best regards,DavidPS: overclocking is for ADVANCED users only. beware!EDIT: Image 1 exceeded our size restrictions.
