December 19, 20205 yr I am re-installing my FSX I am trying to install the latest service pack via Acceleration as I have FSX Gold DVD sits and spins. I have cleaned the DVD and it didn’t help. I assume I need the latest service pack to install the latest SimConnect. I was able to install FSX Deluxe disk 1 and 2. And Acceleration. But trying to access the SDK folder on Acceleration the DVD spins. I can’t get SimConnect to launch with FSX, at least it won’t create a SimConnect log file enabled in the SimConnect config file. I assume I don’t have it installed correctly . I don’t see any entry in Windows settings for this SimConnect. I haven’t used FSX in awhile. I have Steam version, it isn’t compatible with some of the third party AC. So I wanted to use FSX. Thanks! Edited December 19, 20205 yr by Skyseek
